Privacy Policy

Your CV is stored only in your browser. It is sent to the AI provider to generate content and is never stored on our servers.

The waitlist

  • What we collect: your email address, the role you pick (optional) and the channel you came from (the utm_source in the link, if any). The form provider also records your IP address with each signup, for spam protection, and it's deleted along with your signup.
  • What we use it for: only to send you the launch email, once. We don't send newsletters, share the list, or sell it.
  • Legal basis: your consent, which you give by joining the list. You can withdraw it at any time, and you can complain to your local data-protection authority.
  • Who handles it: the form is processed by Web3Forms, which emails each signup to our support address. Cloudflare Email Routing forwards that email to a Gmail inbox (Google). These three providers process your email address for us, and your data may be processed outside Serbia and the EU.
  • How to be removed: email support@stacktailor.dev from the address you signed up with, and we'll delete it within 7 days.

The extension

  • Your CV, the text extracted from it, your answer bank and your license key are stored in your browser. We have no accounts and no database of users. You can see, edit and delete all of it from the extension.
  • To tailor an application, the CV text, the job post and the form questions are sent through our proxy to an AI provider to generate content. They are not stored on our servers.
  • The proxy doesn't log request or response contents. Logs hold only counters, key IDs, timestamps and error codes.
  • The AI provider must not train on this traffic. We will name the provider on this page when the extension launches.
  • The extension acts only on the page you started it on, when you click, and never on LinkedIn or Upwork.

Payments

Payments are handled by Polar, our merchant of record. Polar collects your payment details and email for the order. We never see your card number. Polar's privacy policy applies to that data.

This website

We use Cloudflare Web Analytics for aggregate visit counts. It doesn't use cookies or track you across sites. The light and dark theme choice is saved in your browser's local storage.
